Turin Hub participates in Davos Lab, an international initiative of Shapers to drive local dialogues about building a better future post-covid

Global Shapers Turin Hub participates in Davos Lab: Building Our Future, an initiative launched by the World Economic Forum which aims to mobilize a wide cross-section of the society to discuss how to build a more sustainable, fair and prosperous future for all.

The programme was announced in June 2020 by the founder of the WEF, Professor Klaus Schwab, who had analyzed the challenges of post-covid reconstruction in his book COVID-19: The Great Reset. He invited young people from all over the world to lead conversations about these challenges in their own communities. To facilitate this, the Global Shapers Community has developed Davos Lab as a platform connecting participants and providing them with appropriate tools and insights. Davos Lab promotes a model of youth activism and participation based on an awareness and understanding of global challenges, commitment to responsible leadership, and inter-generational collaboration.

Davos Lab empowers young people to explore ten key topics:

Global Shapers Turin Hub invites institutions, businesses, universities, foundations, civil society actors, experts and interested individuals to take an active part in the co-creation of the Davos Lab Torino conference to be held online from 16 to 23 April 2021.
